EHC has signed an agreement with Volta Power Systems Ltd of Seoul,
Korea, as an EHC Distributor and Technology Licensee. Volta, will
represent EHC products and services in the countries of South Korea and
North Korea.
Volta has been an active EHC partner in Korea for many years and has a
solid reputation in the industry. This latest step in the relationship
with Volta has been several years in the making and both parties are
excited to be moving forward.
Volta has been in business since the early 90's in the field of
industrial belting and has enjoyed great growth and success in the
market-place. Volta's President, Mr. David Kwon, has been involved in
the rubber industry for many years and has escalator handrail knowledge
and experience dating back 10 years.

our second Distributorship / Licensee in the Eastern Region and will
follow a business model which effectively establishes a full EHC product
and service depot in the territory. EHC's Korea Depot will be a

and field splicing services," said Mr. Patrick Bothwell, General Manager
of EHC's Japan office.
